Keep these key points in mind when calling Touch Tone Teller:

  • Your authorization code, which you must enter to access the system, is the last four digits of your Social Security number.
  • The suffixes Touch tone Teller prompts you to enter can be found on your statement. For Example, 0-Savings and 9-Checking.
  • Always press the pound key (#) after each entry
  • Enter an asterisk (*) in place of decimals. For example, $52,25 would be entered as 52*25
